Dr. Katsigiannis Stavroula is a Child and Adult Ear Nose Throat Surgeon and Medical Acupuncture specialist. Her aim is to provide high level care, both medical and surgical, to adults and children with medical problems that cover the whole range of Otorhinolaryngology.
She has established an advanced private practice at the capital of Paros island Parikia, a modern and patient friendly environment with medical equipment of the latest technology assisting in accurate diagnosis and full treatment of the patients.
She is a graduate of the “State University of Oradea, Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy.
She completed her residency training at “Tzaneio” General Hospital of Piraeus. During this period she successfully performed a large number of operations.
She was trained at the “Audio- Vestibular Laboratory” treating patients with any type of hearing impairment, vertigo and balance disorders.
She was trained at the “Allergy Outpatient Clinic”, examining and treating a large number of patients having allergic rhinitis.
She was specialized in neonatal screening hearing using evoked otoacoustic emissions.
In collaboration with National Public Health Organization (Keelpno) and the University of Athens she participated in the national program “Universal Neonatal Hearing Control”.
Within the frame of ENT residency training, she was specialized in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Metaxa Cancer Hospital of Piraeus.
She is certified in “Medical Acupuncture” as a complementary or independent therapy in numerous conditions for which it is indicated.
She worked as a general surgeon at the General Hospital of Arta.
She Completed her internship at the General County Hospital of Naxos Island (Cyclades, Greece) and Apeiranthos regional medical unit.
She has a continuous presence in international and Greek conferences as well as practical seminars with the result of being informed about the latest developments in the field of Otorhinolaryngology and its training in the latest surgical methods. With experience, knowledge and continuous training, builds trust with patients, based on providing top quality medical services, patient safety and satisfaction.
He is a member of the Medical Association of Piraeus, the Medical Association of Cyclades, the Panhellenic Society of Otolaryngology and the Hellenic Medical Association of Acupuncture.
